The Cleveland
Bible Camp hosted the Youth Club of the First Presbyterian Church of
Phoenix, Arizona from June 13 - 22. The Youth Work Team, which consisted
of thirty boys and girls and their sponsors, accepted the invitation to
perform many tasks within the camp and in the parish. They painted and
repaired some of the buildings and made firewood of some of the downed
trees. They scraped, primed and painted the Cleveland Church.
They presented a
musical drama in the churches of the Parish and neighboring towns while
they were here. Each community took their turn at making them feel
welcome while they were guests.
